Every item is made just for you! Once your order is placed, our team immediately begins creating it with care and attention to detail.
Please allow approximately 2–5 weeks for your order to be completed and shipped. We always work to finish orders as quickly as possible, but quality takes time.
Need your order by a specific date? Please contact us before or immediately after placing your order so we can note your requested deadline. While we’ll do our best to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee delivery dates if we are not notified.
Because production begins right away, all Made to Order purchases are final. Orders cannot be canceled, changed, exchanged, or returned once they have been placed.
